The Dig Deeper class was created to give practitioners concrete techniques and tips to resolve core issues easily and quickly. Clearing bottom beliefs is key to creating long-lasting change.  

In the Dig Deeper course you will:

• Observe Eric doing 4 live belief work demos (you might be one of the demos!)
• Clear hundreds of beliefs during the 6 rounds of belief work sessions during class
• Be guided in doing belief work on yourself more effectively 
• Learn the different styles of belief work
• Fear belief work
• 3 R’s: Resentment, Rejection, and Regret
• Illness style #1 (beliefs that create illness) and Illness style #2 (beliefs that keep you sick)
• Manifesting style belief work
• Genetic style of digging 
• Past life belief work
• Clear blocks to the “impossible”
• Somatic style belief work (belief work on body sensations)

This course is a prerequisite for all upper-level ThetaHealing practitioner and instructor courses.
